The ICCT Library will be open for members to select, borrow and return books this fall, on an experimental basis, on the following dates and times: Saturday, Sep 17th, Sep 24th, and Oct 1st, 2011 between 11 am and 3 pm. The library is on second floor of the Scandinavian Club House Building.
