It has been a long and on-going pandemic, and your Icelandic Canadian Club of Toronto has been working hard to bring you the members as much online content as possible! But its time to get together and we are now committed to bringing Thorrablót 2022 to our members as our first major in person event. We will continue to take direction from public health officials as to the appropriateness  to hold the event at that time, but if OK, then we plan to hold the event on Saturday, March 26th 2022 at the lovely Latvian Centre. All precautions and COVID-19 protocols are in place related to the organization of the event and at the event. 

Come and enjoy wonderful food, musical entertainment, a chance to bid on lots of great items in our Silent Auction and Live Auction and be a part of the incredible camaraderie and fun of Þorrablót. You won’t want to miss this event. We always sell out. So order early. Bring the whole family.

A note about this year’s ticket ordering process: Commit Now; Pay Later!

Given the current and on-going circumstances of the pandemic. It is the hope and belief of the Thorrablót organizing committee that conditions will be favorable in March 2022 to hold an in-person event. If conditions do not permit an event, then we will be cancelling about one week prior. In order to facilitate the ticket purchase and potential refund process, we are asking you to make firm commitments now as to how many tickets and of what type you intend to purchase. Those commitments can be made here in this ORDER FORM immediately. Do no pay today. If the event is a “GO” we will invoice you for your tickets about a week before the event and your invoice can be paid online using Visa, Mastercard or AMEX. 

Thorrablót 2022 takes place at the fabulous Latvian Centre located conveniently 5 minutes east from the Don Valley Parkway at the Eglinton Ave. exit. There is lots of parking and for those on public transit, there is a TTC stop close by.
