Baker Birgir Róbertsson has relocated his Reykjavík Bakery from Gimli to Toronto
and changed the name to VIKING BAKERY. Drop in and try out his kleinur, Amma´s Snuður, oatmeal cookies, chocolate small cookies, flatkökur, waffles, various breads and other cookies! Open 8 am to 7 pm Tuesday through Sunday.
