2021 Icelandic National Day Virtual Picnic

Come Celebrate Icelandic National Day with the ICCT Online!
Our very first “virtual” event at the ICCT after the onset of the pandemic was the June “picnic” for Icelandic National Day. It was a big leap for us to take our beloved annual picnic event online, but it was a fabulous success and those who got a chance to attend found themselves with a real treat! Since then we’ve held many online events at the Club and I think many of our members are getting quite used to it!
So it’s certainly momentous that we are now coming up to our second Icelandic National Day of the pandemic, and we still can’t safely get together in the park. So get ready for our 2021 Icelandic National Day Virtual Picnic!
Just like last year we will have games, crafts, stories, networking, live music and videos. We also plan to have some dignitaries to help us properly celebrate the 77th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Iceland.
Of course the true National Day is on the 17th of June, but our event will be held on Sunday June 13th at 2pm. Hope to see you there!
