DESCRIPTION:Our Icelandic Christmas Gathering on December 19th\, 2021 Online at 2 pm  \nCome celebrate the holiday season with the ICCT Virtual Christmas Celebration! \nWe have a fun-packed event to appeal to the young and young-at-heart. As a special guest\, we will be joined by Icelandic textile artist Margrét Guttormsdóttir who will talk about the ancient and modern art of weaving wool.  Cooking This year we’ll focus on Icelandic traditions from Icelandic Weaving with special guest from Iceland to Icelandic cuisine with Kristin Olafson-Jenkyns for a culinary saga of Iceland.  \n\nSpecial Guest Grýla and a crew of curious Icelandic characters in celebration of our Icelandic heritage will join for a Christmas tale.\nEven Santa Claus will pop in to visit\, so boys and girls of all ages get ready to let Santa know your holiday wishes!\nCome virtually gather and share stories\, sing traditional Icelandic Christmas songs\, and enjoy the warmth and laughter.
